Profile: Everyone on XOXO gets their own profile that can be part of as many accounts as you'd like. No shared passwords and no per-user pricing.

Emails

Write, preview, send, and understand your emails.

Writing: Write, personalize, and design a draft in an editor that works like a clean, open document, with images, buttons, links, and subscriber variables.
Sending: Preview, test, schedule, and send your emails. XOXO checks your audience, subject, links, and sending setup before anything goes out to your list.
Tracking: See where an email is in the sending process, then follow the opens, clicks, likes, bounces, and unsubscribes it collects once it lands.

Forms

Create, share, and embed signup forms.

Creating: Build and customize a signup form people can join from an XOXO page or your own site. Public signups confirm by email before they're added.
Sharing: Every form has its own landing page on XOXO, ready to link from anywhere. Learn how it works, where to find its link, and when to keep it out of search results.
Embedding: Put a signup form on your own website with an embed code. An embedded form behaves exactly like the hosted page, confirmation email included.

Audience

Bring in subscribers and keep them organized.

Subscribers: Add, connect, import, organize, and export the people on your list, and keep their tags, fields, and email activity together in one place.
Importing: Bring subscribers into XOXO two ways: connect a platform you sell or publish on and new people import automatically, or import a CSV file once.
Fields: Save extra details about your subscribers, like names, dates, locations, and preferences, then use them in emails, signup forms, and group filters.
Tags: Organize subscribers with tags you apply by hand, through imports, or from signup forms. Use tags to filter your audience and build groups.
Groups: Save filtered subscriber lists for focused sends. Groups update on their own as subscribers are added, changed, tagged, or removed.

Settings

Account setup, team, referrals, and billing.

Account: Set the account name people see, verify your sending email, and fill in the physical address and privacy policy every email you send needs.
Team: Invite collaborators who can write emails and manage your account, remove people who no longer need access, or leave an account yourself.
Referrals: Earn 25% of every payment from accounts you refer to XOXO, applied automatically as credit toward your bill. Share your link or let badges do it.
Billing: Learn how billing works during early access and what it will look like after, and how to delete your account. Billing is for the account owner only.
