XOXO is a simple place to write and send email to your people. Start here for how the app is organized and what to set up before your first send.

How it works

The app has three main areas, each one step away in the sidebar:

Emails: where you write, test, send, and track emails.
Forms: where you create, share, and embed signup forms.
Audience: where you manage subscribers, imports and connections, fields, tags, and groups.

Your account and sending details, team, referral link, and billing live in Settings, from the actions menu in the lower left. The same menu holds your profile and switches between accounts.

Get started

Fill in your account settings: the name subscribers see, the address you send from, and the physical address and privacy policy every email footer needs.
Bring in the subscribers you already have with a connection or a CSV import.
Create a form so new people can sign up, then share its landing page or embed it on your site.
Write your first email and send yourself a test.
When everything looks right, send it now or schedule it for later.

There’s nothing to set up for billing during early access. Up to 100 subscribers stay free when billing launches, and Billing explains what happens past that.
