How do I add an XOXO form to Ecwid?
Open your Instant Site editor, add a section from Advanced Solutions, choose Add Custom Code Section, and paste the embed code from XOXO. Publish and it is live.
Which Ecwid plan do I need?
Custom code on Instant Site is available on the Venture plan and higher. If your store is embedded in another website instead, paste the code there using that site's own embed block.
What happens after someone signs up?
XOXO sends them a confirmation email. Once they confirm, they join your audience with the fields and tags you chose for that form.
Can I move my existing list to XOXO?
Yes. Export the list as a CSV, import it into XOXO, and match its columns to your subscriber fields. Only import people who expect to hear from you.
